1. Blackberry Leaf (Rubus fruticosus – Leaf)

Health Benefits:

  • Mild antibacterial properties

  • Can be used as a gentle detoxifier

Cautions:

  • May cause stomach upset if overused

  • Avoid during pregnancy in high doses (mild uterine stimulant)

2. Soursop Leaf (Annona muricata – Leaf)

Health Benefits:

  • Anti-cancer (acetogenins)

  • Promotes relaxation and better sleep

  • May help reduce inflammation and pain

  • Traditionally used for parasites, infections, and blood pressure regulation

Cautions:

  • Long-term use may contribute to neurotoxicity
